WhereData was created to make it easy to use footfall data to answer your questions about customers, citizens and service users.
Clients told us that they wanted to use footfall as part of their analysis but it was either too expensive, too complicated or too time consuming to be worth while.
So we decided to solve this problem and make footfall data available for anyone, whether building models in a spreadsheet, a BI tool or GIS software.
We clean and normalise GPS data from mobile phones, and turn this into actual footfall by hour of the day in high resolution H3 grids.
We’re transparent about how we do this so you can understand exactly what you are getting, no mysterious black box yet simple and easy to use.
